Service Agreement — Plan C: Immediate Start

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This agreement is between Peter Gallagher, dba QP Web Design ("QP Web Design," "we") and the person or business completing checkout ("you").

What you get

A website for your business, built by us, hosted by us, on a domain we register and maintain for you. Includes up to 2 edit requests per month.

What it costs

Today, at checkout $400 — covers the build and your first month
First 30 days after your site goes live Included
From day 31, every month $99 / month

$99 per month is a flat rate. It does not change with the number of artists, pages, or photos on your site.

Paying $400 up front gets you $99/month instead of the $129/month on our free trial plan.

Automatic monthly billing

This is a subscription that renews automatically. By completing checkout you agree that:

Your photos and content

You confirm that you have the rights and licenses to every photograph, image, logo, video, and piece of text on your site — including permission from the photographer where someone else took the photo, and from any identifiable person shown in it.

We will ask you to confirm this in writing before your site goes live. We do not launch until you have.

If a claim is brought against QP Web Design over content on your site — copyright, trademark, or use of someone's likeness — you agree to cover our resulting costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.

No guaranteed results

QP Web Design makes no promise that this website will bring you clients, bookings, phone calls, revenue, or any search engine ranking. You are buying a website — not a result.

The other things worth knowing

You're renting, not buying. While on a monthly plan, QP Web Design owns the site's design and code and you hold a license to use it. Your photos, logo, and text stay yours. You can buy the site outright at any time for a flat $2,000, and we transfer your domain to you with it at no extra charge.

Cancel any time. Email contact@qpwebdesign.com. Your site stays up through the period you've paid for, then goes offline. We hold a copy for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it. You can take your domain with you for $50.

How to send edit requests. Use the request form we email you when your site goes live, or email contact@qpwebdesign.com — either works. You can attach photos directly in the form. Requests must come from the address you used at checkout. We don't take edit requests by text message, phone call, or social media message — it's the only way things don't get lost.

Liability limit. QP Web Design's total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

How you accept this agreement

There is nothing to sign. You accept these terms by agreeing to them at checkout and completing payment.

The name and email address you provide at checkout identify you as the client. That email address is your authorized contact — the address we take edit requests and cancellations from, and the address we send notices to. Email us any time to change it.

These terms work together with QP Web Design's full Terms of Service. Together they form the complete agreement between us. If the two ever conflict, this document controls.
