Service Agreement — Plan A: Purchase

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This agreement is between Peter Gallagher, dba QP Web Design ("QP Web Design," "we") and the person or business completing checkout ("you").

What you get

A website for your business, built by us and delivered to you as a complete folder. You own it outright.

The folder contains:

We deliver the folder and that completes our work.

What it costs

Today, at checkout $2,500
Monthly fee None
Ongoing support None

This is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge of any kind. Future work after delivery, if we are available, is $85 per hour.

What is not included

We do not host your website. You are responsible for putting it online, using whatever hosting provider you choose. The README explains how.

We do not provide a domain. You buy and manage your own domain name, and point it at your site yourself. The README explains how.

We do not provide support, edits, maintenance, updates, or fixes after we deliver the folder. There is no handoff call.

The README is written for a web developer. You do not need technical skills to own the website, but you will need someone with them to put it online and change it later. Plan on hiring a developer before you buy, not after.

Your photos and content

You confirm that you have the rights and licenses to every photograph, image, logo, video, and piece of text on your site — including permission from the photographer where someone else took the photo, and from any identifiable person shown in it.

We will ask you to confirm this in writing before we deliver. We do not deliver until you have.

If a claim is brought against QP Web Design over content on your site — copyright, trademark, or use of someone's likeness — you agree to cover our resulting costs, including reasonable attorney's fees. Once the folder is delivered we no longer control the site, so responding to any complaint about its content is yours.

No guaranteed results

QP Web Design makes no promise that this website will bring you clients, bookings, phone calls, revenue, or any search engine ranking. You are buying a website — not a result.

The other things worth knowing

You own it. On payment we assign you all of our rights in the website as delivered — its design, code, and structure. You may host it, modify it, resell it, or do anything else with it. Your photos, logo, and text were always yours.

The $2,500 is non-refundable once we have delivered the folder.

Liability limit. QP Web Design's total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

How you accept this agreement

There is nothing to sign. You accept these terms by agreeing to them at checkout and completing payment.

The name and email address you provide at checkout identify you as the client. That email address is where we send your folder and any notices.

You can reach us any time at contact@qpwebdesign.com.

These terms work together with QP Web Design's full Terms of Service. Together they form the complete agreement between us. If the two ever conflict, this document controls.
